How much is my delivery? 

Style Me African offers FREE Delivery on all orders to mainland United Kingdom - England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. Please allow 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch for your order. 

There is a standard delivery charge of £34.99 on all deliveries outside the UK. Customs fees may apply. 

When will I get my order?

Standard orders to the UK are dispatched within 2-3 working days and are delivered in 3-5 business days. All international orders can take up to 14 working days from the date of dispatch.

What about Customs Charges? 

Please be advised that as the recipient, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes in addition to our delivery charges in order to release your goods from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount as this varies from country to country.  We recommend you contact your local customs office/ tax authority for further details. 

What happens if I don't receive my order? 

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via the contact form here and we will provide an update on your order status.  If your item is lost, we will provide you with a refund or send out a replacement. 

What if my item is damaged or I have changed my mind? 

If you change your mind about your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Items must be in its original state/ packaging and must be posted back within 14 days of receipt. If your items are damaged on arrival, do let us know immediately and we may issue a full refund, or send out a replacement.  Refunds and exchange requests may not be accepted outside the 14 day window. 

What happens if some of my items are missing?

Items can sometimes be split across different shipments depending on our distribution centres.  We will always provide you with shipping and tracking details for all orders so you can check your delivery journey and updates regularly. Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, please allow 7-10 workings days from the date of processing for the amount to reflect in your account. If you have not received your refund within 10 working days, please contact us here
